Maya and Nipunis had talked about having a baby. Now that Maya was halfway through her career, It seemed like a good time to try.

Some primping was needed

Meet Ophelia

Maya and Nipunis celebrated the birth of their child like only they know how

Maya hoped to bond with Ophelia as much as she could. Her work hours left much of the night left to her mother.

Maya needed a nap after such a hectic night

Trang had no problem looking after Ophelia while Maya took a nap. She understood that need all too well.

She even put a swing in her office.

Ophelia seems to enjoy it

Trang and Ophelia bonded like glue. She loved her little granddaughter even if she was a little terror at night sometimes

During the day, Maya did all she could. Including teaching Ophelia to talk.

"Maybe you’ll be an artist like Grandma, Ophelia. Although, I think she would try to convince you otherwise…"

Ophelia’s night terrors continued. Trang didn’t get much sleep anymore.

Sometimes a late night Latte was needed
