I was awoken at 3am by a strange noise. Was it a burgler? I called the police in a hurried rush.
A police man came quickly and the two of them started a fight. I had never seen something like this before and was a bit worried.
"Sorry Miss. It seems she got away"
Of course, I got the incompetent officer that night.
I couldn't afford the stove I had before so I had to improvise.
I thought that my skills were good enough to audition for a gig.
"That was amazing! The Sparkling Star...that's a nice ring. Would you like to preform here tomorrow at 400?"
"Of course sir"
I had a date with Curt and as I was leaving I saw her. It was the burgler who robbed me! Before I had a chance to give her a piece of my mind, she ran off. Rude.
I had a date with Curt and hurried to one of the clubs to meet him.
"Curt! You'll never believe what happened to me last night! I was robbed! That horrible woman took my stove!"
"Besides that I got a promotion!"
Curt's expression changed to a shocked, happy one.
"That's great news, Racheal! Let's go celebrate!"
"Ok!"
The club was....empty. It had a few bubble machines and two hot tubs. I had never skinny dipped before but that's exactly what we did. We weren't in there long and ended up making out beside the hot tub itself.
(Or I wanted them to kiss in the hot tub but they got out instead)
Curt didn't seem to mind that we were the only two in the club, besides the mixologist. It was just the two of us and that was fine.
We kissed goodnight and closed the book on another great date.
When I returned home, my mailbox had a letter in it. It was a love letter from Curt. How sweet!
I had some time to kill before my big gig so I decided to try my luck at the casino.
I won! 530 simoleons will be greatly used!
Two more tries later and I was in the losing circle. It was time to quit I think.
'I probably should've practiced this trick more...'
'Nuts!'
My first fan showed up half way into the show. He seemed to really enjoy that I finally got down my new trick.
Well...that sucked.
A date with Curt will cheer me up.
We decided to meet at the local coffee shop.
"How'd the gig go, Rach?"
I wasn't that mad that Curt didn't show. He was a singer after all. He had his own gigs to worry about.
"It went"
"I'm sure it'll go better next time"
There was one good thing about my gig though. I gained a celebrity point and people were starting to know my name. The only drawback is that word travels fast on Legacy Island and I had a paparazzi woman high on my trail.
After some coffee and diner food, Curt and I watched the stars. It was such a beautiful night. I hated to see it go to waste.
Another lovely date had to end. I was glad that the flashes of the camera left us to our moment.
I dreamed about Curt that night. I hoped I'd be able to spend the rest of my life with him.
'Oh Lord Plumbob! Please don't let me burn down my apartment!'
Hurray!
I went to pay my bills to find my rent has been reduced! Another hurray!
With the joy of my reduced rent, I decided to look for a sale. Sales were always great.
Now if only my new paparazzi friend would go away...
"Ooh! A coupon!"
(which we can't use at the moment since we're broke)
I went and got another gig at the park and got a "you can do it" courtesy call from Curt.
The park wasn't the only one showing off artists. The coffee shop was looking for an entertainer and I was the perfect match!
"Oh! The Sparkling Star! Of course you can preform here!"
(He then tried to hit on her. Racheal isn't about that life)
Bonus shots:
This is Curt's house. Dude, maybe we should just move in with him instead of the other way around. We'll see what happens.
We did it guys! We got the cell phone wave
Maria...can you not?

Gigs, gigs and more gigs! Will Racheal finally get a woohoo out of Curt?
Find out next time!
aww sorry her first gig didn't go so well. Hopefully the next ones will go better. Thing really seems to be heating up with Curt and I agree, when the time comes she should just move in with him. Bigger and nicer house.
ReplyDeleteFirst gigs never go well when I do the showtime careers. It's all good. There's always next time.
DeleteI just want them to get married already. Hopefully, Curt will ask Racheal to move in with him. Otherwise, we can always sell the apartment and find something better.
