Heaton Family Legacy - Maura 1.4

Maribel was instantly loved by her parents. Her arrival couldn't of made them happier.

She was also such a good baby and was rather quiet at night.

Maura worried with Maribel's arrival that Honey would get no attention. Luckily for her, Honey was perfectly fine on her own.

"Hi baby! Did you sleep well?"

Maribel just loves her swing.

While Maura was on maternity leave, she continued her painting. She was getting quite good at it.

"How was work?"
"Great! I got a promotion. I'm on the counsel with you now"

"That's great Brandon! They're not losing focus with me gone, are they?"
"-chuckle- Not yet, no."

Brandon was rather excited to change the world with Maura by his side.

Maura, in turn, gave him a congratulations kiss.

Hilariously enough, Brandon didn't get a holiday bonus while Maura did (2400 simoleons!)

With his new promotion, campaign donations were a plus. Brandon decided to throw a gift giving party with all their co workers.

It was also Maura's birthday. She decided to make herself a cake.

The big 40 was upon her and Brandon was not helping.

Maura decided that she needed to cover up her tattoos since she was a mom now.

"Do you think I'll get any donations tonight?"
"As long as you're friendly, you should be fine Brandon"

During the party, Brandon received a lamp and Maura received a stereo.

Brandon's daughter, August, came by the party. Brandon missed her dearly and was happy to see her.
"The military? You'll do great!"
"Thanks Daddy!"

Maura left Brandon with August to check on Maribel.
"You've been a good girl while mommy and daddy were busy? Yes you have!"

Soon enough, Maura had to go back to work and leave Maribel with a sitter. Luckily, Yuna was competent.

The big day finally arrived! Maribel was turning 1.

Maribel got all her looks from her mom.

Brandon only got 7 simoleons at that party. Maura got over 4000 on her first run. You gotta step it up dude.
Seriously though, Yuna actually did her job. A+ Girl
