Hello all!
As you know, my old computer bit it and I had to reinstall everything on my new one. I also lost all my saves. I decided to restart my challenges (besides going solo).
Thus, have a brand new wishacy!
Enjoy!

Alicia Allred moved out to Roaring Heights straight out of Medical School. She wanted a life outside of her parent's medical degrees. She also wanted a family...a big one.
Her home was definitely not big enough for her dreams but she could work on that.
Alicia got a job at Avalon Hospital. She remembered that it was a good hospital from her parents. Her life seemed to be going a ok so far.
The thing was...Alicia was very shy and socially awkward. She felt most comfortable staying home and reading.
She was happy that some neighbours came to her. Alicia got very nervous around new people.
"I hope my first Mac & Cheese goes well."
It didn't.
"Maybe my waffles will go better!"
Nope.
"6 figures for a wedding?! That's crazy..."
Alicia figured she should get to know her boss a little better. She was pleased that he didn't mind coming over to chat.
It turns out Thomas LeFontaine was one attractive sim.
Too bad Alicia always seemed to make things awkward.
"sigh. I'll have to apologize at work tomorrow."
Alicia tried her hand at pancakes this time...
Success!
Alicia invited Thomas over again in some hopes of salvaging whatever realtionship they had. The sexual tension at work was getting quite unbearable.
"Uh...Mr.LeF-Thomas. This may seem really awkward but I like you a lot. More then just in a friendly way. I thought maybe we could go on a date sometime? I mean...if you want."
Alicia was expecting a rejection but..that's not what happened. Thomas kissed her.
They stood there on the lawn kissing for quite some time.
"I like you too, Alicia. I'd love to go out with you"
That first date was a success. Thomas loved children like she did and they had quite a lot in common. They kept their romance a secret. It wouldn't really reflect well that she was dating her boss..for either of them. Alicia didn't mind though. Thomas was hers and that's what mattered.
Her cooking skills were also getting better.
Alicia and Thomas may not see eachother all that much but they talked on the phone constantly.
They talked so often that sometimes Alicia was late for work.
When they did see eachother, makeouts happened behind diners.
"I had a lovely time, Thomas. I'll see you later. Love you."
"I love you too"
Girl...it's about time you cleaned that up
One night, Thomas called her
"Thomas! I'm just making dinner. What's wrong?"
"Wait... the police? I'll come right over to help"
It turns out that Tom's daughter, Elizabeth, threw a bachlorette party that went just a little crazy. Thomas had just come home from a late shift to find the police had been called. He hoped a female touch could calm her down from a drunken fight. Alicia had been under the impression that Elizabeth was younger then her. Nope. Elizabeth was the same age as her.
They didn't like eachother...at all. Elizabeth hated children and had commitment issues. She also had a few opinions about her.
"You gold digger!"
"I am not, Elizabeth. Now let's get you some water before you collapse. I'm sure your fiancee would hate to see you hungover, or worse arrested, at your wedding."
Alicia decided she better leave before things got too ugly.
These things happen when you do a wishacy. You should just see her bathroom.
About time!
Girl...if you burn down this house...I'll kill you
Alicia somehow ended up on a mission to solve the tension in the labs.
...she's still working on it.
Alicia and Thomas had been dating for a year now. They went on a date after work one night. It was raining and they were still in their uniforms.
Besides those little details, the night was perfect.
Their stargazing was cut short when Thomas was hit with sudden nausea.
"Hold on, Thomas. Let me take a look."
Turns out it was the hospital cafeteria food that did him in. Thomas thanked Alicia in his own little way.
Alicia had been waiting for the right moment. If she left it up to Thomas, nothing would ever be done.
"Will you marry me?"
"Of course. I'm sorry I didn't ask first. I thought I was too old for that."
"It's ok...and you're not too old"
They ended the night and Alicia was happy to start planning.
It was flu season in Roaring Heights and Alicia was given the duty of doling the shots out.
Elizabeth turned out to be her last patient.
"There! Now was that so bad?"
"No...I guess not"
Alicia figured she might as well brake the news now.
"So..Elizabeth. Your Dad and I decided to get married"
Elizabeth's reaction is my everything.
The months went by and Alicia and Thomas decided a private wedding would do them just fine. With their jobs on the line, it was the only way to keep everyone in the dark (besides Elizabeth of course).
Presenting...Mr and Mrs LeFontaine!
"Come here you~"
They didn't waste any time
The newlyweds went to bed that night with pleasant dreams .
Fun start. After your comment on mine I am thinking about restarting. My old one got corrupted and would crash every time I loaded up. It's a fun challenge though so...yep gonna do a reboot :)
ReplyDeleteAwww that's great Jazen. :) This is all kinds of fun. I'll look forward to reading it.
