Going Solo Redux - Maya 2.5

"Ok, Ophelia. Time for bed"

Ophelia, however, had other plans.

Maya was still getting used to this 'mom' thing

Due to Maya not being married, she was judged for having a child out of wedlock.

In turn, she sued for slander

Meanwhile, Parker took up Grandpa duty

Maya won the case!

She decided to treat herself to lunch

While there, she narrowly avoided seeing Levi.

Who she was going to accuse of cheating...honestly

After lunch, Maya went for some gigs

However, she continued to strike out

That was until she made her way to the coffee house

"Maya! Lovely to have you back"

She tried and failed to audition for the top venue in town.

One day...one day...

While watching Ophelia, Maya trained

Maya was sometimes bothered by Levi calling her at the oddest hours.

"Go to sleep, Levi"

It was Ophelia's birthday and Parker decided to make breakfast

Happy birthday!

Maya was very excited

She inherited her father's skin tone

Ophelia, with her pale skin, fit right in with the Midnight Hallow crowd

"Are you ready for breakfast, Ophelia?"

"Here you go!"

After Ophelia was done, Maya started to teach her to talk

"Can you say 'clap'? Do like mommy, ok?"

"You could be an athlete like your grandpa one day. I'd go to all your games"

Maya's first gig after Ophelia wasn't starting off too great

However, she quickly turned it around

There were, however, a few failures

Maya bought Ophelia a dollhouse, that the babe absolutely loved

Maya was asked to preform at the local diner.

Since they agreed to feed her, she agreed

Parker, not wanting to be outdone by Maya, bought Ophelia a block table

Ophelia just wanted her mom to come home

"She'll be back soon, Ophelia"

"Mama..."

After putting her down, Parker retired to cooking shows for the night

Maya finished her gig and was soon followed by paps

The next morning, Maya and Ophelia worked on walking

Maya rocked the house at the local karaoke bar

The return of the team of horses

A fight broke out at the coffee house
